Gerald Lehman

Gerald J. Lehman, age 82, of Pine River, died peacefully at home on Saturday January 10, 2026. He was born on July 2, 1943, in Berlin, WI, the son of Edward and Margaret Lehman. Gerald was a 1962 graduate of Berlin High School. He continued his education at UW-Oshkosh. On November 11, 1961, he married the love of his life Marylee Rogers at St. Mark Catholic Church in Redgranite. Gerald grew up on the family farm which he and Marylee purchased in 1964. Together they raised their family and enjoyed the rest of their lives there. In conjunction to operating the farm, Gerald was a certified welder. After retiring from dairy farming, he utilized his welding skills and created a new business venture, Badgerland Bases. Nothing was more important to Gerald than his faith in God and spending time with his family. He loved his family dearly and he always put them first in all that he did. He also loved driving his tractors, hunting and watching the wildlife on his farm. He is survived by his three daughters, Lauri (Joseph) Schneider, Shari Floyd, Mary Rodencal; three sons, Matthew Lehman, Mark (Becky) Lehman, and Jonathan (Rebekah) Lehman; sixteen grandchildren, David (Brittany) Schneider, Michael (Kira) Schneider, Lindsay (David) Kalsow, Kayla (John) Kohler, Raeshal (Ethan) Schenkenberger, Jeremy Rodencal, Faith Rodencal, Joshua Rodencal, Annabelle Lehman, Zebulan Lehman, Benjamin Lehman, Mitchell Lehman, Josiah Lehman, Aubryn Lehman, Jonathan Lehman and Adalyn Lehman; four great-grandchildren and daughter in law Kelly Lehman. He is also survived by his sister Lorraine (Russell) Gaylord and nieces and nephews and other relatives and many friends. Gerald was preceded in death by his wife, Marylee; his son, Michael Lehman; his parents Edward and Margaret Lehman; and his brothers, Richard and Thomas Lehman; and son-in-law, Jeffrey Rodencal. Family and friends may visit with the family on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Wiecki -Skipchak Funeral Home of Berlin. A funeral service will follow visitation at 3:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Mary Rodencal of Pine River Congregational Church.
