Ellen Schmuhl Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

In loving memory of Ellen Schmuhl, who breathed her final breath on January 22, 2022. Ellen was born on March 22, 1936, in Poy Sippi to Alfred and Norma (Vincent) Newbold. She attended school and later was employed within the nursing and housekeeping industries. Ellen was married to George Wilkinson and later Elmer Schmuhl who both preceded her in death. She is survived by her sons, Greg Wilkinson, Robert (Shelly) Schmuhl, Terry (Tracy) Schmuhl; daughter, Linda Seidl (Henry); many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; her dear friends, Donna Broder, Don and Corky Jerabek, Patsy, cousin, Jenny Scheps; and other friends and relatives which were dear to her. She was preceded in death by parents Alfred Newbold and Norma Newbold; in-laws, Bill and Vivian Schmuhl; sister, Gloria Oelke and other relatives Family and friends may visit with the family and pay their respects to Ellen on Friday, January 28, 2022, from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Wiecki-Skipchak Funeral Home of Berlin. A funeral service will follow visitation at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Robert La Count followed by burial in the Nepeuskum Cemetery. She finally found the peace which touched her heart, her battle here is over, but she will continue watch over us.
